Consultation

Our basic service for £149 includes a full consultancy report, advising you room by room the best and most cost effective ways to present your house for sale.

We include a detailed guide to selling your home, packed full of tips and advice on how to avoid any pitfalls.

And we include a range of special offers from our associate companies, with discounts on your removal costs, conveyancing and the costs of using our estate agency.

Staging Day

After our consultation, we can put our ideas and suggestions in to practice if you want us to. And if you decide on a Staging Day we will refund the Consultation fee. The service takes a full day to complete and costs approximately £350 (excluding materials and purchased items). We begin by de-cluttering your property to create new – and valuable – space. We proceed by creating the lifestyle / living conditions you require (from the consultation we know what you prefer – we give you the opportunity to purchase items from our staging kits to create the look you want). Every room is dressed to a high standard, and will look immaculate. Once completed, we then take photographs and undertake a 360 degrees virtual tour for use on the Web. The end result is a property ready to be re-marketed to its true potential – for a quicker sale and achieving the best possible price for you.

DIY Project Plan

If you prefer to carry out the work that has been identified, this service is just for you. The plan follows the Consultation (fee refunded if you choose this option) and is a detailed list of suggestions we make and, crucially, how to put these into action.

The service costs approximately £199 with the Consultation included. We look at colours, textiles, fabrics and furniture you should be using to get maximum impact. A suggested budget is provided and includes details of suppliers we recommend and have long-standing relationships with. We include details of special officers we can provide to help you buy furniture. Throughout, we tailor the plan to your needs and requirements.
